Media Review_WaterColour.
I had relatively little interest in water color because I believed the way I paint doesn't match with this media. Moreover, the idea that I cannot reverse what I've done before made it harder for me to approach this media. However, through this experience , I've realized there are some skill I can still use to create a certain watery effect (such as clouds, water) that no other media can display. The biggest difference with ink is that water color is that water color is harder to make high concentration colors.
Pros : watery texture, can make spreading effect, can easily control intensity of color
Cons : cannot erase what is painted, hard to make very dark colors, may have different effect than what was intended
Personal Preference : 7/10

Media Review_Oil Paint.
This was my first time using oil paint and I've always had a fantasy with oil paint because it is very similar to acrylic paint, my favorite media. I think it was interesting because oil painting is easier to control the colors and blending than acrylic paint. Although this media's drying time is very slow, I think it makes it easier to blend colors and control the color, intensity and vibrancy.
Pros : easier blending, can create deep dark colors, can revise and cover with other colors on top of it
Cons : hard to create light colors (most colors come out heavily)
Personal Preference : 9/10

Media Review_Acrylic Paint.
Acrylic is my favorite media all time because I felt that this media matched well with my drawing style and the colors I want to use. Because it's less blending than oil paint, it can create a various unique texture. Moreover, it's easy to create a intense color and effect on the audience compared to ink and water color. I think this will continue to be my favorite media until I get more used to oil paint.
Pros : can create various textures, good impact with strength, drys fast, can cover the mistakes by repainting
Cons : hard to blend, cannot create watery texture, hard to create light colors
Personal Preference : 9/10

Media Review_Ink.
In the previous years, I've only used black ink and ink pen. I personally enjoyed both black ink and pen, because of it's unique texture and mood. I liked how the water and blending is more controllable than water color, but can still create a watery effect. Moreover, because it's less watery, it was easier to make thin marks an details with this media.
Pros : has a watery texture, can easily make a light color, can easily control intensity & vibrancy of the color
Cons : cannot reverse or erase what is painted
Personal Preference : 8/10
